10 minutes drive from Chatham docks, close to local supermarket, you can order food to the hotel and they have fridge and microwave. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was clear both rooms have been maintained to a very high standard. The bathroom had high quality aqua panels, so more hygienic that grout and tiles. We booked two rooms at short notice after a different hotel let us down The friendly staff arranged for us to be accommodated on the same floor, which enabled 3 generations to socialise between the two rooms with ease. Both rooms had plenty of plug and USB sockets to keep all the electronic devices charged. Although we drove by car, the hotel is ideally situated close to the train station.making it an ideal choice for those travelling by public transport.

My favourite hotel in this area / town. Location is good as it is right opposite a main Train Station. Hotel staff are always very warm and welcoming. Staff are around until late hours, but contactable on an emergency phone number, in out of hours if needed. Hotel is very nice, modern and up to date. Always have a good night stay, beds are very comfortable and always clean.

I love this hotel. I have stayed many times at this hotel and it is a personal favourite of mine. The hotel itself doesn't actually offer breakfast I don't think but this isn't really a big deal. They do offer a lounge and dining room. The staff are always really polite and very welcoming on arrival which is very nice. The Customer service is brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble to ask for.

We were delighted to find that there was indeed a reasonably priced carpark with ample parking right behind our hotel. We were further delighted by the warm welcome that we received from Muhammad on reception. He truly could not have been nicer and more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was fresh and bright and our room was exactly as pictured in the information online. The beds were firm and the bathroom was a really good size and equipped with a roomy shower and miniature toiletries. We were also spoilt by the lovely gentleman who came to change the towels and top up the tea and coffee supplies in our our room. The television picture was a little erratic, we wondered if it was being affected by the train line across the road, but we were able to log into our netflix account directly on the tv and from that point on the picture quality was perfect. All it all, we found the Trivelles Hotel to be a true oasis of care and calm in Strood. We are unlikely to visit Strood again, however, if we did, we would 100% choose Trivelles Hotel as our place to stay.

Room was spacious on the top floor. Temperature was perfect. Bed comfortable and pillows were good. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room and more if needed just down the passage. Shower and toilet clean and tidy

The location was close to the town centre, also close to public transport (buses, train station etc). And I must add that the staff member at the reception desk is very welcoming.

Location was quite near to the Strood station, staffs were genuinely helpful, room was nice and cozy and clean. Had everything I needed in the room including heater, iron with board, dryer and kettle, tea/coffee with milk and good sized TV. Bed was comfortable with table and a good sofa chair. Toilet was good as well, looked very clean. Most importantly, my husband had come for training and had fever whole night which kept me awake and I requested to stay a bit later than the check out time to get some sleep and the staffs were extremely helpful and understanding. Would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last 2 years. The hotel and rooms are so clean, staff go above and beyond for whatever you need. I never have to worry about anything, bathroom and bedroom spotless always. Staff are always so friendly and also remember me always which is lovely. Big tv in all the rooms as I’ve stayed in single rooms, double and the triple rooms. Smart tv so can connect to Netflix YouTube etc and free Wi-Fi. 2 min walk to Strood station, 5 min walk to the town which has everything you need. Fast food, 3 different supermarkets, restaurants, b & m etc

It was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal just a 1 min walk to Strood train station and 30 min walk to A and A training and consultancy (and bus option is also available from canal road). It is a perfect place to stay if anyone is coming here for Als course by resusUK. Moreover, the room had everything one could wish for. Clean, warm and with kettle coffee and tea and the cherry on the cake was that the staff was so hospitable, and helping, in particular Saba Aslam who was on reception was so humble, sweet and she helped me a lot, as it was my first visit to Rochester. If i were to go there again i would definitely choose this hotel to stay.
